Congratulations to Yuanping and Lingyun on the birth of their baby, Jenny. Jenny was born at 22:06 on 10/28/2010. She weights 6 pounds and 15.3 oz and is 20.75 inches tall - mother and baby are doing well!

Prof. Jean-Luc Bredas was the recipient of the Charles H. Stone award. This award is presented by the American Chemical Society and is given annually to the most outstanding chemist in the southeastern United States. Congratulations Prof. Bredas!
